Promoters, venue owners, security, and event staff have the right to refuse entry to any ticket holder without a refund, based on their discretion. This includes reasons such as disorderly behavior, intoxication, venue capacity, and breach of security restrictions. It is important to be aware that the venue and talent are subject to change. Amenities promised by promoters are not guaranteed by Go2fete.com and are not grounds for a refund. These amenities include, but are not limited to, VIP privileges, drink specials, gifts, express entry, special areas, and celebrity guests.

Canceled Events:

In the event of an event cancellation, you will receive a refund for the face value of the ticket. However, service fees, shipping charges, and other fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. If the service fee is not explicitly stated, it may be embedded into the ticket price. Tickets purchased through our online system will be refunded by the event producer or our payment gateways, PayPal or Stripe. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the respective retail outlet.

Postponed Events:

If an event is postponed, you may be eligible for a refund for the face value of the ticket. To request a refund, you must submit an e-mail inquiry within five business days of the originally scheduled event. Additionally, you must mail any hard tickets back to Go2fete.com or the event producer if PayPal checkout was used. The tickets must be received five days before the newly scheduled event to receive a refund; failure to do so will waive your right to a refund. Tickets purchased at a retail outlet must be refunded at the respective retail outlet.

All customer support is managed through the Go2fete.com online message system, except for events using PayPal checkout, where customer support and refunds are handled by the event producer. Print-at-Home:

Print-At-Home tickets must be presented at the event. To print your ticket, visit the "My Tickets" section on your profile page or use the email sent to you or the ticket buyer. Alternatively, you may present your Print-At-Home ticket via a smart phone by accessing your account's purchase history. Please note that duplicate tickets or QR Codes may be refused entry to the event.

Go2fete.com is not affiliated with the events or event sponsors, and therefore, we do not assume responsibility for any losses or damages that may arise from your voluntary participation in the events, including claims for personal injury or damage to personal property, or any other claims related to negligence on the part of the events or event sponsors.
