The College to Corporate program was launched with the goal of enabling new graduates to enhance their personal and professional excellence. It serves as a bridge to the competency gap between available and required talent. The CTCP has three phases. During the first phase, the participant will attend the in-class sessions. In the second phase, a mentor will be assigned and training will continue in the work area under the guidance of the SME. During the third phase, the trainees will be given tasks and will work on real projects. After completing, eligible participants will be hired either by Codemeg itself or receive full help to get placed in other companies.
